Famous Dave Anderson is the founder of Famous Dave’s BBQ located all across the country.

It started in a little town in Hayward Wisconsin and it quickly become a sensation with people driving hundreds of miles to taste his BBQ.

I first tried Famous Dave’s BBQ over 15 years ago in Minneapolis, MN (I’m a huge BBQ fan).

So, I was in Minnesota visiting my family a couple weeks ago for the holidays and decided to spend a day coaching Dave and his team on how to build a web TV show.

Below is the short episode we made just for you on how to make Famous Dave’s Wild Rice Soup.

Total equipment cost:  2 Kodak Zi8 cameras, approx $300.

Total time invested:  Just over 2 hours filming and 2 hours to edit.
